Be awed by the colors and choreography of a Polynesian show...sample the amazing flavors of Island food...dance at an ukulele concert... where else but Hawaii? Include a slice of Island culture in your Hawaii visit!
This event highlights drumming of traditional songs in eastern, northern and southern styles. Grand entry is 10 a.m. Sat. and Sun. Stomp Dance Demo is 7 p.m. on Friday.

Commemorative gathering to honor Queen Emma, who traveld to Kokee in 1871. Live Hawaiian music and craft demonstrations and sales. Queen arrives at noon, halau to dance hula throughout the afternoon.
The first Christmas was celebrated here and Waimea Town goes all out to celebrate with street front lighting and the annual parade. Enjoy the town each night after dark. Christmas Parade is Saturday Dec 20 at 6pm. Come early, refreshments and entertainment following the parade. Event is sponsored by West Kauai Business & Professional Assocation and area businesses.
Two days of continous entertainment, food-craft-game booths, lots of sporting events and more at the 32nd Waimea Town Celebration at Waimea, Kauai. Sponsored by West Kauai Business & Professional Association.
The Kamanawa Foundation presents the 9th annual Kauai Polynesian Festival on Memorial Day weekend May 21-24, 2009. The Kauai Polynesian Festival kicks off with a Grand Polynesian Luau Celebration and fashion show at the Sheraton Kaua`i Resort in Po`ipu at 5 p.m.
Join us from 11:30 a.m. through the evening each day at the soccer field next to Vidinha Stadium on Kapule Highway (Lihu'e) for Tahitian, Maori, Samoan and Hawaiian entertainment, Polynesian arts and crafts, solo and group dance competitions, Polynesian Experience, food booths, workshops, and much more.
All Kauai residents and visitors are welcome.
